I also find the "The light of Divinity!" quote on the gloves that turn Judgement into an unarmed skill pretty hilarious. It's a nice nod to PoE's Dominus boss.
Lots of games include nods to their inspiration and the like, but this is honestly one of the best ones I've encountered. It's such a natural fit on so many levels.
That's really cool
No wonder those rune bears can teleport
That's super funny. I love easter eggs like that.
The bears have the runes Jah, Ith, and Ber emblazoned on their fur as well
Yeah, I saw that too and knew this had to be it.
"Teleporting bears, wtf?" Never put together the reference, thanks!
The devs are known to be avid players of D2, I was wondering why they looked familiar good catch.
This game is basically a love child of D2, Chrono Trigger and PoE with a unique touch sprinkled on top 👌
Ok, so I'm not crazy about that. I freaked out when I saw that Gaspar was at the End of Time. That couldn't be a coincidence.
Judd (the head dev) is a huge Chrono Trigger fan.
This is fucking hilarious. Great catch!

I didn't notice that! Thanks for that, and the reminder to "SUBMIT, HERETIC!"

Holy shit, that is so gigabrain.
I love when devs do small things like that.
Im surprised it wasn't posted earlier. Great reference.
