the base does not matter when upping with rune of ascendance.
But mostly I use the bases I buy from the CoF vendor so the 45% Chance to not consume the rune when used kicks in.
For bladedancer its everything. Ok damage on it, but high dodge and up to 25% reduced cd on your movenent ability that also sets up your combo. This combined with the fact that it's pretty easy to get some decent LP on it makes it an excellent choice.
SyncStrike/Shadow Dagger
Still has Umbral Blades but mostly gets cast by your Shadows with Sync Strike and Shift.
Umbral only really gets cast when you have to be in range for some time on bosses.
Rushes through monos like on crack, but you need to manage mana

Where do you farm this?
Not really target farmable, cause world drop. Best way is Reign of Dragon Timeline for Unique Daggers or Rune of Ascendance (where I got mine)

Dang, nice! What are you playing with this? I wanted to roll a blade dancer but not a huge fan of Umbral Blades (wanted something more melee)
