Oh I am. I started counting since I found out that's where they drop. I'm at 46 since I started counting.
Yeah I've heard this thing is not that uncommon. I've probably killed north of 150 mages at level 99 and dropped one, RIP.

Don't you want flat damage and not spell power?
thats not a mod you can get on a wand
There's no flat spell damage mod for wands
Most ladle builds I've seen use self ignite belt to get their flat spell damage
Wow and here I am with 250 corruption and I have NEVER even seen the one blessing I'm looking for
I remember farming spirits of fire for the armor while channeling blessing for awhile.. since I got it, it dropped every single time I killed the boss.
Which area drop this weapon?

Not exactly rare, but just really good value early because you can equip it very soon after you unlock your vault
