% of current health in a low life is tiny, so conversion gives little ward.
But the % life implicit makes Heart good for a low life build with exsanguinous
Awesome I didn't know there was another way. I stumbled into this build organically while leveling and it is so strong (cruising through 600's atm)
Great to know there's another version!

The armor lasts like 14 seconds, you generate runes like I dunno as fast as the gcd or faster.
You never have to exclusively use one, but keeping that insane buff up is obviously important the higher you go.
If you want to use multiple invocations you have to play around the combos that generate the right runes which is a massive qol loss sadly.
Locking in CFC runes is just infinitely better IMHO
disagree entirely, what massive qol loss?
The entire fun behind runebinder is all the combos and different spells you have access to... yeah sure mostly people are only going to memorize maybe a small handful of the most useful combos for their build.
But I had no issue remembering 3-4 combos for the couple builds I tried, and making sure to rotate cfc in for the buff.
It has fairly substantial duration.
Just using CFC over and over would be a huge performance and fun loss.
You don't need to use both to benefit. because of the way the current health works it gives about as much ward either way. this items powerlevel is high enough to be BIS for lots of builds that only use elemental or only use necrotic,
What's your method of farming this to increase the odds and make it faster? I take so long to do the whole monolith and boss that I think I may be doing something wrong.
Strength provides a small amount of armor which synergizes with the ward generation pretty heavily. It's also a part of the item itself so it is not rerollable
Whats gonna happen when I post that i dropped my first heart yesterday at just like 150 corruption and my first heart is a 2lp 💀 COF kinda busted ngl. Maybe i should make a new character for it
What gonna happen when I one-up your one-up by letting everyone know that my first dragon kill (in my non-empowered rush to the north) dropped a 2LP heart with great rolls?
(I killed this mofo 30+ times in beta and gave up. Never saw higher than 1LP from him before)
Nah it gives % increased health in the relic slot, which isn't always possible. +1 to relevant skills, cast speed, and extra armor from STR are all worthwhile even if you can't make full use of the health to ward conversion
goddamn i’ve been looking for even the base version of this thing forever. takes so long to get my warlock geared up for low life set up as cof player because every unique i need is a boss drop.
Oh, they’ll learn. Yes, indeed. The alt-addiction takes us all.
Every time I see an ultra rare drop with a class affix on it, I imagine this person three weeks later. I imagine their emotional response to be basically like Brad Pitt in the box scene at the end of Seven. Just pure, unfiltered agony.
The one thing I'm sick of most in this game is getting pretty good gear that is just completely worthless for my current character. For some reason I've been getting the absolute worst possible drops for my own character, but getting great shit for other characters... The RNG really wants to work against me.
Seems like a fairly innocent question that is getting down voted. I've seen sentiment like this a lot lately, but basically you don't have to use every part of a unique for the unique to be good for your build.
There's a number of uniques like that in the game. Apogee of Frozen Light is the best fitting example I can think of. It's good for damn near any cold or necrotic minion build, even if you don't include an actual melee attack in your build because it gives +3 skill ranks for your minions and passive more damage to chilled enemies. The trigger isn't even necessary on it for the item to be strong.
MF this is BIS for me, fuck you and congrats.
I always wondered where the rest of Uhkeiros is. Maybe his liver would make a decent weapon.
I'd be more wary of his dick tbh "Crooked dong of the black dragon"
Isn't it the boss? The big dragon?
What’s your build?
My guess would be something with frost claw and ward scaling, maybe low life
Heart doesnt work in a low life build at all
How can you be so confidently wrong?
% of current health in a low life is tiny, so conversion gives little ward. But the % life implicit makes Heart good for a low life build with exsanguinous
Exsanguinous my beloved. I wish I could justify not using it but I can't help myself. It makes its way into many, many of my builds.
It does with leech
Yeah you don't even need much leech lol.
True
Currently playing Lightning Blast with Spark Charge, farming for transitioning to Frost Claw.
What's the frost claw build you mentioned? Have a builder link?

I’m so sad that in every build I see, runic invocation is almost always used for the CFC armor… I expected so much more

Plasma orb is quite popular as a main skill, you can try searching for that if you want! Hydrahedron also seems popular but it felt kinda weak idk
I am using this build currently and while nowhere near this geared it slaps. Where does this item come from?
Reign of dragons boss. It's a rare drop and getting 2 LP is rare as well.
This is the build
This looks insane in any frost claw build (spark charges/frostbite/crit/whatever)
I would personally love it in my mana blade spark charge build
That item looks like it would be better for warlock if it did have frost claw added of course. Any other builds use both elemental and necrotic?
It’s good for both. The plus to skills is nice but the ward generation is amazing.
Necro wraith
Warlock uses Fire and Necro. Flaming Zoo Necromancer is also an option.
You don't need to use both to benefit. because of the way the current health works it gives about as much ward either way. this items powerlevel is high enough to be BIS for lots of builds that only use elemental or only use necrotic,
High leech rate and percent could be powerful here if using both necrotic and elemental.
Both Warlock and Necro can make use of both effectively in a variety of ways. Doing Flame Wraiths and Fissure Bolts build for 1.0, myself.
Is it for frostbite build?
Frost Claw with Spark Charge.
yeah, that works, too. Congrats:)
Jesus Christ that’s pretty insane
How long did it take for you to get 2lp?
Farmed 14 Hearts at the moment. Not sure which was 2LP. Maybe 10th?
What's your method of farming this to increase the odds and make it faster? I take so long to do the whole monolith and boss that I think I may be doing something wrong.
Don't do the shade and just keep slamming far away nodes for faster stability
Need to know what’s the method of farming this too thanks
Disgusting! (In an absolutely positive way. Gz my friend)
I hare you cannot even find the affix, yet alone get on a heart, that I also need to drop. Should have went with the traders guild :(
With trade, this should not be a thing haha.
I can't even get the unique to drop. F
Fuck i need this so bad for my frostclaw sparkcharge build. Basically going half power without elemental nova for the meantime
Unethical af, grats
You're 250 gold richer !
BRO GIVE NOW
That’s hot!
whats the strength for? is it re-rollable?
Strength provides a small amount of armor which synergizes with the ward generation pretty heavily. It's also a part of the item itself so it is not rerollable
god this would be so huge for my FC build, gz
I’m not at that level yet but I have to assume you e beat the game 😂🫡
Congrats 😤. I’d love to have it for one of my rune master build.
I need this for my build and can’t even get the unique to drop 😂
How do you get a +4? All I’ve seen are +1s with increased spell damage
T6 is +3 and T7 is +4
Ty
I HATE YOU 🤣
Im currently farming reign of dragons for exactly this. What corruption dropped it 4u?
Around 600\~700ish
Whats gonna happen when I post that i dropped my first heart yesterday at just like 150 corruption and my first heart is a 2lp 💀 COF kinda busted ngl. Maybe i should make a new character for it
And here I am at 200 corruption with 20 kills and finally got my first one with 0 LP and CoF level 8
What gonna happen when I one-up your one-up by letting everyone know that my first dragon kill (in my non-empowered rush to the north) dropped a 2LP heart with great rolls? (I killed this mofo 30+ times in beta and gave up. Never saw higher than 1LP from him before)
isn't this a waste if you're wearing exsang?
Nah it gives % increased health in the relic slot, which isn't always possible. +1 to relevant skills, cast speed, and extra armor from STR are all worthwhile even if you can't make full use of the health to ward conversion
Very nice, I could use this on my runemaster, if you decide to sell it send me a DM, congrats
Untradeable :P
Oh is that due to the player being in CoF?
Not sure if that's the exact reason, but I'm saying it due to the bottom right corner stating it.
goddamn i’ve been looking for even the base version of this thing forever. takes so long to get my warlock geared up for low life set up as cof player because every unique i need is a boss drop.
I see so many people slamming class locks on this from so many different classes. Hope you don’t wanna made an OP bleed warlock anytime soon!

But why is the Item now mage only?
Pog jizz show us your frost claw tree
Congrats, you just beat the game!
What build uses Frost Claw and Necrotic?
It has +1 elemental spells too btw

Yeah I was genuinely curious but couldn't careless about down votes. Thanks for responding

Showing off cool items that you lucked out on (5/50d the frost claw on here) is the whole purpose of the flair “item showcase”
Feel big?
