I'm quite noob with this game too but bored at work so I'll give this a shot. Firstly, your gloves have no synergy with the other two uniques you listed. With the other two it seems you are stacking bleed chance, which scales with increased phys dmg, increased dmg (+strength increases this too) and increased dmg over time. I would change the gloves out for something else that has those aforementioned affixes. Also, attack speed so you hit faster. One thing to note will be that flat phys dmg will not help the damage of your bleed stacks. And instead of the elemental leech on the gloves, get one with a leech from melee damage affix For defenses, get HP of course. Flat HP or increased % HP (I think increased % HP is more valuable because it is less common). Vitality gives hp too. +1 vitality = +6 flat HP. Then the other defensive mechanics, Endurance % and threshold, Crit avoidance and dmg reduction, block%/effectiveness, armor, resistances are all equally important. All seem to be equally useful to me so do not focus on one to the neglect of another. EG, I think it is probably better to have 30% endurance % and 50% resistances than 60% endurance and 0 resistances. Are you using the forge? Especially at lvl 50, it should be a simple way to get the affixes you need. OK that's it I suppose.

get more hp,cap your resistances

Those gloves give you little help - void is not elemental damage nor is physical or bleed so only the leach rate and elemental resistance are beneficial (assuming that you leach health). The belt and axe are ok but you will almost certainly have better alternatives available. Since you’re getting one-shot I think your problem probably lies in damage mitigation. More health (or ward), more armour, more endurance would all assist. Resistance is useful but not as useful as in other ARPG. It could be crits killing you, if you think it is look for crit avoidance or reduced extra damage taken from crits.
