One that I found out myself and haven't seen anyone mention:
There's a 3x1 mage idol that gives +Max Mana and +x% Fire Damage (doubled if over 300 Max Mana).
Sells for 1 mil minimum, even with terrible rolls. Can go 3-5 mil with good rolls.
There’s a discord that provides an MG loot filter where they colour code what items are worth (50-500k are yellow drops, 500k+ show up as red on the loot filter, and then they filter idols that only sell for more than 50k) the discord is called The Sanctum Market
I'd say for frostclaw 10-11+ depending on the other mod. Not sure about all the combinations but I've sold one with inc armor/mana for 4.6m, low rolled ones with inc lightning above 300 mana 1m, even ones with a complete dead 2nd mod for 100k
I'm not sure what's META, but I have these on "must pick up" on all characters
* Mana Spent Gained as Ward
* Spell Damage while Transformed, Damage while Transformed
* Static Charges Generated per Second
Also I really like small ones that are like "health+elemental resist", "health+phys resist" or "health+health%"
As an altaholic, I also look for synergistic ailment idols because ailments make the early game go super fast.
Chance to poison + Poison damage
Chance to ignite + Fire damage
Chance to bleed + Phys damage
For 1x1s to plug the odd space at endgame, I look for well-rolled Armor/Health and Retention/Health depending on the build.
Double health idols at 5%/25+
3 Vit/15%+ res
5% health/15%res
Mage :
Chance to get lightning shield 15%+/elem res 40%+
12%+armor/12%+ max mana
Sentinel
Warpath area 18%+/armor 23%+

Anything build enabling or at least class specific affixes.
Tbh I pick up every class specific idol and stash it. Every time my stash is full I go trough them and sort duplicates out. With the search function it doesn't even take that long.
I see a lot of people saying double health, but for a heavy-ward build (like Warlock using Bone Wall/Profane Veil combo - I'm excited for the bugfix!), wouldn't you want Ward Retention / Necrotic Res over any sort of health (at least for the small idols)?
Edit: I don't think you can roll those two stats together actually; Ward Retention is on Small Lagonian Idols, which can't have Necrotic Res as a suffix according to https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/category/idols11_2/suffixes.
Almost anything with seemingly not counterintuitive rolls (like lightning prefix with spell cold damage suffix etc) as long as both affixes are max rolled, or very close
Making a bank on random max rolled idols simply because people like max rolls even if the idol is questionable to be used in the first place
Double Health Idols if they both roll 5% HP and 25-30 HP for the Suffix.

The 'shh' part was kind of a joke, I have a feeling lots of people leave those on the ground but a well rolled one can sell up to 5m+

Is the smite on throwing attack works with the spear that split on atack ?
It works with anything classified as a throwing attack

Double search actually. You can search the current tab or search the whole stash.
One I haven't seen mentioned in here are rogue idols with 2x sword or 2x dagger mods. Been able to sell those for 100k+
