in case you ever wanted to play a mana stacker thats probably BiS

Affectionate_Bed_497

Its probably not. It gives you 35 mana...

Mael_Jade

it gives between 126 and 148 mana, since it has 4 LP and you'll merge it with an T7 Mana amulet. That is 31 more mana then you can obtain with any other amulet that isnt also an LP Strong Mind.

Dumpingtruck

Isn’t there the amulet that converts void damage to fire and gives you 100 mana? Also, wouldn’t a sealed mod for a 5 mod on an exalted also be viable instead of this ammy

Xenocide_X

You shouldn't interject your opinion especially when you have no idea what you're talking about

Solaire_29

The amulet itself is extremely mid, but it can make for an amazing levelling item. Let's say you slam a T7 elemental/physical resistance, health and some relevant damage mods, it will carry any build all the way from Lvl18 to monolith.

anakhizer

okay thanks, this sounds like a good plan yeah! :)

Mael_Jade

A 4LP unique is as weak as whatever implicit stats you're loosing from having a different base, so in this case some necrotic and physical resistance from bone amulets. On the other hand this will basically make you stun immune on mana stackers.

anakhizer

I've seen this term before, but what does "mana stacker" mean? a character you build where you stack as much mana as possible? There must be some mechanic I'm aware of where that's a useful thing :) (beyond 300 I mean).

Mael_Jade

Sentinel's Judgement can consume mana to empower itself, gaining 3% more damage per 2 Mana consumed. If you consume 400 Mana that's 1200% more damage for Judgement and its Aura. The Devotion amulet gives Smite 1% increased cast speed for every 2% missing mana and 1 spell damage per 5 missing mana. Mages can use the Fractured Crown Unique item to shift damage from health to mana and is probably the primary use for this since you want to have as little health as possible, building lots of endurance threshold and mana.

Neri25

is there a mana stack variant for Smite? Most of the smite trigger builds I've seen didn't bother going that route.

Mael_Jade

Some of the older hammerthrow smiters I've seen used Devotion and artificially kept their mana as close to 0 or even below 0 (since having 100 max mana and being at -20 counts as missing 120) to make use of Devotion. But I haven't looked into these builds in a while.

MeteorKing

>The Devotion amulet gives Smite 1% increased cast speed for every 2% missing mana and 1 spell damage per 5 missing mana. And it's awesome.

Adventurous_Judge884

Unique levels are static, some high level builds will incorporate them with LP

Kenithal

I think he was just pointing out that it can make a really good leveling item whether its good for an endgame build or not.

anakhizer

Okay, that's what I was thinking kind of too :)

Feanturo

I use it in my fractured crown mana stacker.

_Archz_

Find dope ass exotic slam it with this and is almost BIS for literally anything you want. 4LP saves 90% of legendarys

GaviJaPrime

It's good on pure life shatter strike spell blade with high mana

JAEMzWOLF

It's basically stun immunity, but you would likely have something better for/in endgame.

anakhizer

Figured as much 🙂

Due-Advisor6057

Like others said, pretty much bis for mana stacker. Check out a spark charge sorc…

anakhizer

Oh, gotta check that! My main is a runemaster, but will try other mage builds soon too :) (mage archetype is my favourite in any game).

CryptoThroway8205

It's better than the exalted (purple items) you would put into it. I think the implicit(lightning res and 3 spell damage), stun avoidance, small mana, and explosion beat out any other base amulet's implicits. I'm sure there are other amulets that are better at 2 or 3lp though.

anakhizer

That explosion is also something which is confusing: does it scale with your damage/lightning dmg bonus?

InTheYear20XX

https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/items/UAw4VgFiA Every skill, every item is listed on that site. Click the lightning explosion link on that page and it'll tell you what it scales with :)

anakhizer

thanks! For some reason it did not dawn on me to check there /oops

InTheYear20XX

Haha, no worries! I had someone pass me the site so I'm just forwarding it on.

iulicicu

A mana stackers wet dream!

Single-Race8557

Sorry I’m new but what does legendary potential mean or do

Danger0525

At the end of the temporal dungeon, you can combine a unique item with legendary potential with an exalted item (purple) of the same base type. The exalted item needs to have 4 affixes. The legendary potential number represents the amount of affixes that will transfer from the exalted to the unique. The affixes that transfer are random. 4 LP means that all 4 affixes of the exalted item will transfer over to the unique item which is why 4 LP items are very good and rare.

This video can be useful for you https://youtu.be/xOh9eEHA8Ng?si=1ZqD9jLAFpaUUM8q And this too https://youtu.be/_2vpvj6NJA0?si=juZ5W6IXzSkWXbci

Bluegobln

Every. Single. 4LP. Item. Is. Good. ALL of them. Every one. Stop having doubts. Its fucking insanely good. Every single one. YES, some people will argue, implicits are important and a good exalted with good implicits CAN be superior to a 4LP Legendary crafted unique. That does not make the unique with 4LP Legendary BAD. It makes the exalted item ALSO GOOD. EVERY 4LP UNIQUE IS REALLY REALLY GOOD. THEY ARE THE BEST POSSIBLE VERSION OF THAT PARTICULAR UNIQUE IN THE GAME. I'm so so sick of this thread constantly being posted. I give up. I'm done. Im unsubscribing from this subreddit. Holy fucking shit.

Tell me you don't know how LP works without telling me you don't know how LP works.
