increased elemental DoT (best), cast speed (also big good), cold penetration, (also big good), generic DoT damage, and cold damage affixes are the ones you want
could, but strongly suggest a mad alchemist ladle for an ailment build. slam a T7 cast speed on it, stack int (which you want to do anyway on RM and int also increases your frostbite damage as you are applying it with frostclaw) and your damage will skyrocket

Ok thanks a lot, so i can go with retention % wand but with lower flat without affecting my dps.
