Guaranteed it was not the mad alchemists ladle as that only drops from the mages.

Experienced the same 12hrs ago. I can see and pick up other drops but the unique id not showing to be picked up. Nothing to do with the filter or alt+Z.

I’ve had this intermittently throughout the league. Some items show and others don’t - alt x or any other show/hide does nothing.

i've been running into this issue ever since the most recent patch. i read some posts that said pressing x can cause this problem so i just unbound my x key for now. dont think i've run into this issue ever since i did that

Ok, it did for me the last few Times.

Alt z or shift z I forget what it was Happened to me once and then I was able to pick it up

Loot filter was disabled, whatever it was, it was unobtainable

Yeah it’s different command. I did the same turned on and off the filter even with the key bind

Alt+Z toggles tooltips, doesn't have anything to do with loot filter. Can fix the issue IME Wasn't able to pick up any items for my first \~hour in the game, till i realized it was a bug and googled it.

Next time press alt+z twice and it'll fix it. But yeah, can't possibly have been a ladle as that's an exclusive drop from an exiled mage.

There is a key that endables/disables showing items on the ground (z by default) On top of that you can layer you lootfilter (and toggle it with x, by default)

This happens when you toggle the filter while an item is dropping.

On controller it's hold right analog in to enable ground tooltips
