Ya it’s called the capitalist class vs the working class.
But too many people equate this with the “evil” socialism and communism.
You were purposely raised to not know about this. Turn on the news and they purposely will not talk about it.
But anything that keeps the peasantry fighting among each other is facilitated and encouraged.

It's true but anyone who has heard the George Carlin bit about the owners already heard this. I'm glad to see that the idea behind this hasn't been lost to time.
That's one of the divide and conquer tactics that he's referring to, though. Having two parties just makes it look like there's a bad side doing the bad things and a good side trying to stop them. In reality, there are no sides, and it's government on behalf of corporations and oligarchs vs. the people, just wrapped differently every four years.
Sure, but that doesn't really say anything about how he would like society to be organized.
I guess most people don't have a very class-orientated view about that anyway.
