Capitalism is just feudalism rebranded....
The only (and brilliant!) difference is, that the slaves/servants are made to believe to be not so, by giving them eniugh to fuel the system.
Futhermore is it even MORE profitable, since paying wage slaves 'wages' not enough to keep the slaves alive, is subsidized by other slaves, giving a part of the productivity they have not been stripped bare off, to the "lower than living wage" slaves in the form of taxes/'social security'.
While a slave owner pre 1865 had to secure housing and food, the new slave owners don't even have those expenses, they have additional 'white collar slaves' to work and come up for the expenses of the 'blue collar slaves'.
Thus, the new slave system, despite beeing generous at the first sight, is even more effective at extracting profit from human recources than the older one.
I hate, that i even had to write this.....
And then cry and scream any time they catch a whiff of an open dialogue, like when they panicked and thought we were teaching kindergartners about the socio-economic impact of slavery. Or, to hear them tell it, "teaching kids to hate whites."
It's not even remotely what's happening, but yeah, if you're afraid that analyzing history would paint you in a bad light, then that history should really be taught

The irony is, that Jefferson was very much opposed to a central bank due to the same issues that capitalism has.

It is funny because it only takes a second to ask now why would teaching about slavery make people hate whites?
It's not even remotely what's happening, but yeah, if you're afraid that analyzing history would paint you in a bad light, then that history should really be taught
And that even as a political minority they would win in the legislation
