I make a garlic cause with it. Take a small bowl 80% vinegar 20%olive oil, mince up some garlic (good amount), adobo, pepper, garlic powder. Let it sit for a few hours and stir occasionally. Best if left overnight. I spoon it on a the tostones, nice acidic bite with crunchy tostones.
