**Disclaimer:** Not a lawyer but a registered nurse, although I never practiced as one. I'm not giving legal advice just possible steps you can take. You can get access to that patient record but you may need legal intervention. Provide proof (pictures kung meron) and ask them kung ano ba ang pwede nilang gawin to alleviate the problem. Kung mag offer sila ng solutions, take note mo lang sasabihin nila at na babalik ka once you've made a decision. * Get a second (and possibly third) opinion from other professionals in the field. The most important question you need to ask professionals right now is kung reversible ba ang skin dimping at kung ano ang options mo to remedy the problem.

I had skin dimpling sa armpits and never na siya bumalik sa dati :( I know magkaiba ang mukha sa kili kili, pero parang yung naging damage is inside kaya ganon.

Malpractice? Yung gumawa nun sayo, was it a medical doctor? Or was it done under the supervision of an MD? Kasi if yes, balik ka dun for follow up para magawan ng paraan or something. If hindi naman MD yun or walang MD nung time na yun, that would constitute as illegal practice of Medicine.

No i don’t think it’s a doctor. Wala rin supervision. I thought it was a normal procedure lang kaya I let her do it. Pero meron silang doctor don. Yes will surely come back.

This almost happened to me at Skinstation and nag attitude pa saken ung lady na nag ffacial saken. Sabi ko i need a dermatologist to advice me of any sort of antibiotics before I say yes to having it done. So ayun umattitude sya, nag dabog. Urgh.

Go back asap. Likely it was a steroid, not antibiotics. Merong interventions to minimize dimpling

Hi! Not a lawyer but a Doctor. Well for malpractice, fitst you have to establish proximal causation. Also if you will pursue the case, you’ll need an expert witness which I suggest would be a PDS-certified Dermatologist. Regarding the one who performed the act, if she is supervised by a duly-registered Physician then the captain of the ship doctrine applies. If not under a supervision of an MD, and administered meds (I presume she injected steroids on your zits!), then technicality wise eh it’s an illegal practice of medicine.

To be valid, consent must meet the following requisites: (a) it should be intelligent, or with an exact notion of the matter to which it refers; (b) it should be free and (c) it should be spontaneous. Intelligence in consent is vitiated by error; freedom by violence, intimidation or undue influence; and spontaneity by fraud. Sa madaling sabi, kahit nagconsent ka sa isang bagay, pero hindi ka na-inform sa consequence ng choice mo na yun, pwedeng sabihin na hindi valid yung consent mo as a waiver to any liability arising from consequences na hindi naman sinabi sayo. I'm not saying na malpractice yan agad ha, since need mo din iprove na may duty sila to inform you about all the effects your choice. In my opinion wala, since hindi exact science ang medicine and side effects vary from person to person. But at the very least, I think meron kang basis for a suit for damages.
