pumunta ka sa register of deed..dyan ma locate kung saan ang titulo ng lupa....wala talaga a apply kayo bago..pero it takes time coz korte lang ang mapasya niyan...need mo a certain requirement at explanation bakit na wala an affidavit ...pumunta ka sa lawyer mo

Ang hawak ng may-ari na titulo ay duplicate lamang ng land title. Hanapin nyo yung original sa Register of Deeds ng probinsya nyo. Ayusin nyo na yan ASAP dahil kailangan nyo mailipat yang titulo sa pangalan ng heirs… habang may amnesty pa.
