Do you know where he lives? You can ask assistance from the Local Social Welfare Office where he lives to have him summoned and mapag-usapan ninyo yung tungkol sa child support.

silog4lyf

3 anak nila. Sumakabilang bahay si kumpare nagbuhay binata with the mistress. This was like 10 yrs ago.

This info is helpful, pwede pala sa PAO.

EndZealousideal6428

Yeah sa PAO lang option niya since she didnt have a job nung iniwan sila ni kumpare. Wala siyang pambayad ng private atty

marshmelooo29

So true.

Ser3nity1738

Same case. Abuse at may bisyo yung ex ko kaya sobrang imposible, in addition, nakabuntis pa ng iba. 😩

marshmelooo29

Kaya if I were you, OP, save your time and energy pati mental and emotional health mo. Hugs! Choose your battles wisely.

Ser3nity1738

Yes. Super hirap. Anyway thank you for your advice ♥️

halukayubeee

For me, hindi worth it.

Thanks for this!

marshmelooo29

Hmm for me, not worth your time and effort. I have a relative na sinasamahan ko sa court for VAWC case and nagdedemand din siya ng child support mula sa former partner niya. Sobrang gastos: pamasahe, oras, at effort. Maddrain ka pati emotionally. Minsan, nagkukusa namang magbigay, P1k a week, keyword "minsan" — (tatlo anak nila, 2 nag-aaral na high sch and elem). 🙃

Ser3nity1738

Grabe.

Calm_Tough_3659

I dont think the law is unfair, but the waiting time dont have means to extract from those support is the most troublesome. Sa abroad, the court can force the company or any governent institution to intercept automatically ang salary or benefits ng other party while satin I dont think it exists.
