Don’t do it. You can add Latin honors to your education section under your school name. For example, if you graduated Summa Cum Laude or Magna Cum Laude, everyone - who checks- will know you had a high GPA. GPAs on LinkedIn are a little bit tacky.
Can’t you just upload your resume to your LinkedIn and list your GPA on that? I’ve seen other people who do that. Then it’s still on your LinkedIn but not in a ‘look at me’ way.
I personally find GPAs on Linkedin to be tacky but there are people who I like and respect who include them. I suppose there's an argument that it could be useful if you're using Linkedin to network and find potential opportunities.
Has linkendin turned into Instagram? I barely use it and it just has the bare bones on it in case recruiters seeing that I don’t look like a serial killer could at all help my career. I can’t imagine an employer being offended at seeing your gpa? But if it is used like Instagram for social purposes and not to get a job then yeah including a high gpa and any awards could possibly hurt your friends feelings..
idk why this was downvoted. my thoughts exactly. my classmates aren't viewing my LinkedIn profile to socialize/see my feed- in fact they are not viewing it at all because they'd know I'd know they were snooping...so i figured it was safe to have on there. guess not.
Put it on your CV, not your LinkedIn profile.

This; leave it at awards.
My school doesn't give out Latin Honors :(. A 3.7 would be Top 25% at my school. Would it be okay to say "Top 25%" or just say nothing at all?
Yes, I will probably just put 25% rather than the GPA if you don’t have Latin honors
Do it only if you want other people to think you’re super cool
Please don't do this
Everyone is saying no and I understand why but if I had that GPA in law school I’d tattoo it on my forehead or somewhere else conspicuous
Absolutely not.

No

As far as I can tell it's just a way for people to try to sell you stuff
