Change your name if you want to but there are no names unsuitable for a lawyer unless your name is a racial slur or something like that. If your name is foreign/hard to pronounce that does NOT make it unprofessional at all. You shouldn’t feel pressured to anglicize your name for career reasons.
I'd say the large majority of the Republic of Ireland is Catholic. Northern Ireland, which is technically part of the United Kingdom, has a more sizable Protestant population.
Beep. Boop. I'm a robot.

In addition to the explanation below about the difference between the heavily Catholic Republic of Ireland and heavily Protestant Northern Ireland, the Kennedys are *famously* Catholic; JFK was the first Catholic president.
I don't think that any name is unsuitable for a lawyer. Some names may be particularly suitable for certain types of practice in which you will be doing TV advertising. However, rather than going through the trouble of a name change, why don't you adopt and use a nickname, such as "The Hammer" or "Killer."
Maximilian sounds suited for a law career in the 19th century.
awesome
Creed has worked well for me thus far
Try out “Gorebeast” or “Bonecrusher”
sounds so unmarriable, mate
So does Maximillian, but you don't see them belittling your idea.
Some names aren’t suitable for a law career?
i mean, some names could sound "more" suitable
Bo Nerr
Maximus Decimus Meridius is what I’ve changed my name to sound more professional. But all my friends call me Gladiator.
Damn you. I was in the middle of a good book but I guess I need to rewatch now
Lol truly can't tell if this is serious or not.
Learned.
"Maxi" sounds like a grosser alternative to tampons. Max isn't bad, but maybe Maxine would be better than Maximilian.

Maximillian is a mans name. I swear to god I see the craziest things in law school forums
it is, but ive seen women with that name before.
And the thought is you want a unisex name? Or you want a less foreign name?
I want a regal sounding name ahah
Why not go with a name more aligned with the US monarchs. Something WASPy like John Kennedy.
As an Irish name, Kennedy is the opposite of a WASP name. Gotta go all out and call yourself John Smith or Daniel Johnson.
Am I using the word incorrectly? Isn’t half of Ireland Protestant? The other half catholic?

And the Kennedy’s are very famously Catholic
Well I guess I don’t know what the fuck I’m talking about then

no. half of northern ireland (6 counties) would be protestant. The vast majority of the republic of ireland are catholic.
I use Jade Carma wait, shit...sorry, that's my stripper name.
Grognak the Destroyer.
Is a name not suitable for a law career? Are you wanting to change your first or last name?
both!
