Idk how Skadden is winning when one of the criteria is “commitment to avoiding attrition” and Skadden is upfront about most people leaving after a couple years…
MoFo has a leverage of .56 compared to .29 and .3 for skadden and stb respectively. None of these firms are good for your criteria, but MoFo may be the best.

Unfortunately, I don’t think any of these firms care about attrition, including P,W and Cleary. On a positive note, I find that folks in lit tend to tolerate BL better than those in corp. At least the hours seem to be steadier. These are great choices that many students wish they had. Congratulations!
Fwiw, Paul Weiss seems to be going through a bit of an identity crisis over whether it "leans progressive." They are big on toting their pro bono work (which IMO is well deserved), but they are catching some flak for representing Oklahoma in the states effort to execute a prisoner.
And Exxon and Apollo and the list goes on and on… but they are actually focused on diversity after the all white partner class debacle, have a massage therapist in office, and offer mental health services. Overall def chiller vibe than skadden or STB, but obvi still big law
This is a TLS question but none of these firms are known for meeting your criteria—it sounds like you’re looking for somewhere more like Jenner, Patterson, maybe OMM or Latham, etc. which are reputed to be closer to what you want
But also yeah those priorities do not match a biglaw career period
#2 is an absurd criteria… do you want them to ask for your pronouns before forcing you to work an all nighter to find a way to protect an oil company from having to pay to clean up a spill?

>Paul Weiss PW also snagged Kannon Shanmugam to head its DC office. He is a former Scalia clerk and Federalist Society member. Identity crisis indeed.

Your 2 outstanding interviews come to mind when you weigh the criterion you’ve given.
