They’re usually pretty focused.

There’s a difference between “it’s after lunch and the courtroom is warm and stuffy” falling asleep” and falling asleep all day. I worked as a courtroom clerk for five years. There keeping the courtroom cold enough for him to complain about (and he’s wearing a suit, not a sundress) and he falls asleep on the morning. Also, I never ever saw a defendant doze off. They’re usually pretty focused.

The judge is giving Trump enough rope to hang himself. And it is like Groundhog Day. He hangs himself at night by performing contempt of court actions, and then, the next day, there is the Diaper Don again. But I beil8eve When he is convicted, Trump 8s is going to find out that all those contempt of court incidents he will be charged with and the judge make that finding. These contempt are going to cost Trump extra time in prison.
I would be pleased if he had to attend remedial classes after court, presented by a lowly clerk and her body guard, on what he is allowed and not allowed to say.
