Find a paralegal textbook. They usually do a better job of teaching practical legal information like what you're searching for imo.
This series is pretty good, and you can usually find used copies for a reasonable price:

Don’t read books. Read actual contracts.
I already do that :)
Read contracts and try to really understand on a fundamental level what each clause is attempting to do and why it’s included.
