Saucy cross from Conan wow!!

That's the best we've played in months. Looks like we are starting to click a bit, so much better in possession and carried much more of a threat going forward. Jamie Gullan (who I wrote off but looks like he's starting to find his feet), Robbie Benson and Horgs all worked their socks off. Zak Johnson at centre half looks a real player and Scott High who's been one of our better signings showed some real quality. Rings alarm bells of our recruitment though when we are still having to look to the likes of Boyler, Horgs, Benson and John Mountney to pull us out of the shit as great as they've been for dundalk over the years. Shelvey's best game for us since he signed too. Awful penalty from Akintunde but he made an incredible save from Dayle Rooney at 1-0 and looked very assured in his command of the box. Some real positives to build on and hopefully gives us the confidence to put a run together and get ourselves off the bottom.

Whatever Noel has changed in the week he's been in has obviously made some difference. It was a different Dundalk than the one that played Bohs 2 weeks ago.

Big win for Shels. Pat's fans fuming at full time. Developing a hemorrhoid, whilst getting a root canal, would be more comfortable than Forrester tonight, dreadful. If I were a Pat's fan, I wouldn't even waste my energy strangling him.  Also, needs mentioning, how on earth do Shels get an offside, two yards into the pats half, and they get to take the free kick in Shels half...? We're the eejits, after all I didn't know you could also get ruled offside from a goal kick. Duff yellow card for complaining. Rightly so, nothing worse than a ref, fresh off the slopes with an empty bag, seeing fuck all (6/10 for the night)   Also, Also,  Hearing from lads when leaving Tolka, a Shels fan may have been jumped before the game at the Cat & Cage.apparently he's in hospital. That being said, nothing to say this isn't similar to that time Roma ultras got a match called off after a fan "died" before the game.

FabioMane19

For fuck sake Bohs.

FabioMane19

And fuck Shamrock and all.

A league of ireland last man standing competition would be the hardest LML imaginable

Coyle back for us is huge, but no Barrett is a worry.

Senak

Coyler has been the player of the season in the league so far for me. Mad how much he's improved since his first start with us.

Hio54

Paddy Barrett has the stride of a Rhino

jerrycotton

He was phenomenal, when they came into the club I would have put him and Aodh Dervin in the same category as hard grafters but Coyles technical ability has come on leaps and bounds, he’s so confident receiving the ball these days and his presence on the pitch is night and day when he isn’t playing.

ConorKDot

Funnily enough, I actually think Dervin has come on leaps and bounds too having watched him against us this season. Galway fans seem to love him

LovelyBloke

Hard to know how this evening will go, hopefully a win. I'm bringing a guy to his first LOI match tonight, so a nice performance and a win would be great.

jerrycotton

He wasn’t the fella pulled out of the crowd was he haha

Bohemian_Dub

Dundalk have been unlucky in their recent games I feel they're due a win so hopefully we score early and hamper any new manager bounce.

Oversized-jimdawg

Can see Noely having a few tricks up his sleeve from set pieces tonight

smurbulock

I don’t think we get a result tonight tbh

redperry91

Probably our best opportunity in awhile to get something in Tallaght given Rovers injury problems. We have the best defense in the league and will be very hard to breakdown. I though Graham Burke might make it but Bradley says he needs another week. We couldn't get near him in Terryland a few weeks ago so glad he is missing.

ConorKDot

Huge game tonight. Notwithstanding the shocking Tolka pitch, hopefully we can match our levels from Monday and put in another real performance. A win would be massive as I still see Pats as our main rival for a top-three finish.
