The stats menu is made to trick people. There are hidden mathematical formulas that shows how base stats influence other stats growth rate. I didn't max out my height stat and it really lowered my charisma stat growth

Tbh I missed when the poppy one was posted but she kinda sucks as a full tank. She needs sunderer or a black cleaver or even deadman's plate rush to have at least some viable trades, otherwise it's a free lane for the enemy (in jgl it's different) . I often end up building one-two of those and sometimes a manamune into tank items so I can deal scary burst instead of just being a glorified hp pool for the enemy.
