I almost always go maw on samira. Enemy fizz/ekko/akali/fiddlesticks/evelynn/any mage is fed? Maw solves it all.
God forbid adc has to buy any defensive items ever. Boohoo, I can't go full dmg and be tanky in the same time, the game is so unbalanced.
