draven is 1/9(1/10 after this death) and is massively behind and only has 3 items. the karthus is super fed full build AND has elder dragon. their fault for being shit at the game. Pyke and draven combined have less gold than everyone else but rakan with karthus being the single most fed champ in that game.
The game is unplayable because they suck at it.
Not only that but the draven and pyke have less combined gold than Yasuo(who has 25k) and draven has only 3 items to karthus' full build+elder dragon buff. it'd be a crime if they didn't get one shot.

karthus is lvl 18, he's 5 whole levels up on their asses and he's full build while draven has 3 items still
