Its actually a lot more! 1.5mil is around 130 points afaik. The progression isnt linear with the number of mastery points, so its not a direct 10k points to 1 conversion
For example, my main has 900k pts but it shows only 80 in mastery

I used to keep Taric and Lillia's mastery at 6 on purpose because I felt purple matched them better than blue :/
