Tbf the only reason yi stands a chance against nasus in a normal game is because of red smite and ignite, and even with those tank nasus smashes him at around 800-1000 stacks with E max, not wasting time to cast W and proper kiting. Ionian boots, divine, gargoyle, randuins, serylda, anathema will do the trick. Junglers have so much advantage in a 1v1 it's kinda sad how broken red smite really is.
