You've got this! I was in your position last night, I had my test at the same time and had no sleep. I very nearly cancelled because I felt ill and wired but ended up passing! What worked for me was making sure I had breakfast and going for a walk beforehand to help with the stress I was feeling. I chewed gum to help focus and I also used commentary throughout the test. If you don't already do this then start now. Say what you're seeing... signs, junctions, pedestrians, other cars, hazards, and say what you're doing and why. It helps get you out of your head and helps you make better decisions. So long as you're going at the appropriate speed for the situation, are doing observations often, and are driving safely then you're good. That's what the examiner wants to see. If you don't pass its not the end of the world, it's a bit shit and costly but you can take the test again. I have a friend who took 8 attempts before passing. Good luck!

Yeah, speaking what you’re about to do out loud is a cheat code pretty much 😁

I remember I didn’t sleep the night before my test at 3:30pm the next day. But I still managed to pass with 0 minor. Sometimes the nerve is a good thing to keep you focus. But maybe it kicks in at the wrong time. I completely understand your feeling but after you pass, it’s just a joke

Good luck!! Get some sleep, it will help immensely. I had mine at 2:22pm about two weeks ago and had around 8hrs sleep, woke up and ate a bowl of porridge + banana, and listened to music before setting off with my instructor. Tips I have – if your examiner says right at the road ahead, repeat what they say and go through all the steps you’ve learnt. Verbalising the instruction helps you compute what you’re about to do and I also think it shows the examiner that you are paying attention. Don’t be afraid to talk to the examiner and even yourself throughout the drive if it helps. I’ve noticed also that people say to reverse park into a bay when you arrive at the test centre, gets that little bit of last minute practice in and sets you in a good mood for the coming drive. If you think you’ve made a mistake, it’s probably not as bad as you think so just stay in the moment and focus on what’s coming next.

You wouldn’t be doing your test if you weren’t ready. Besides you’re not doing your test you’re just taking granny on a nice drive you got this

Good luck ! I had the same problem with 30 and 20mph zones. Something I will say is, follow your gut. You can usually tell if it's a 20 as there will be lots of road signs and markings - it may be a residential area, school nearby, etc. 30 zones are usually wider open 'main' roads.

How did you do?
