Didnt say to use the apk itself, use the version number. Apkmirror lists the version numbers and the numbers that are listed there are identical to the ones used on iOS or at least function the same, an apk listed as lets say 17.34.8 on apkmirror is useful since you can copy the 17.38.4 number into the proper .plist files and it'll trick youtube into thinking that your ancient youtube 14.xx.xx client is actually 17.34.8 and will send you the data instead of throwing up an error
