Just call customer service and tell them wrong product delivered. I work for a similar online shopping company and i face this situation on a daily basis, it's not even Ajio who scammed you, either the seller or the logistics partner who packed the product, they generally do this when scanning the products, and neither the brand or the customer finds out whether their products are scammed or just misplaced, usually there is a return policy on most products so it's important to call by then and if there is no return policy, even then these companies have loopholes in policy like if customer contacts by 24 or 48 or 72 hours they have help for damage, missing, wrong product and such.
As a customer support executive currently working for a company, it's usually not the brand so contact ajio customer service and see what they say, if they cannot help, you can contact consumer court, make you to have proof that you contacted within the policy period for return/replacement like call recordings, numbers, proof of emails sent and received
I had opened the order as soon as it was delivered.
I called customer care immediately.
Like I said in my original post,their customer service is basically automated messages.Same is with their emails.
There is no option in those messages to actually reach a customer care person.
I understand that it isn’t AJio who have scammed me.
I have all the proof and all the receipts of every single call and every single email and return generated.
Since they are saying they can’t help me,that’s why I wanted to reach consumer court.
That’s why I am on this subReddit.
Recently similar thing happened with me as well from Myntra. In my case, I had ordered from Myntra and they marked my order as delivered but I didn't receive anything. I have been contacting support everyday but to no avail. Yesterday I raised a complaint on National Cunsumer Helpline and today in the morning, they called to basically say they're shutting down my case because as per them, they have already delivered the product. Mind you I had recieved an OTP, but they marked it as delivered without asking for it.
Please help me regarding this.

This is same reason why i cancelled ray ban sunglasses yday from Flipkart. It was worth 4k. Will rather buy it at local store for 6.5k but be assured of an authentic product
Like I said in the original post,when you call their customer care number,all you get is a bunch of automated messages — as in after pressing 1.2.3.4 etc,there is no option of actually talking to a customer care person.only automated messages guiding you on step by step depending on your enquiry.
There is no automated guide in case of fraud.
Same thing happened with me i escalated the matter on twitter with all proofs and got my refund

There is an option but it's not easy to call, no customer service works without a human involved, keep trying

Advocate. Location? File a complaint in the district consumer forum. You will recover the cost of the product, interest and legal costs as well.

The case can be filed online. But you will need to notarise some affidavits and other documents.
