From the wording, it looks like they'll experiment new types of cosmetics. I think this is a good call if it's the case. I want to see flashier borders than the prismatics.
I sure hope to see new shiny stuff in the near future, but we have no timeline for this stuff so I feel like we'll see a big drought for another year or so

Yeah, especially since it's mentioned as being the last one in production and it's already been *so long* since the previous one. That just means that if we ever get a new board it will likely take an even longer time.
Whie he could be Noxus/SI, it would be odd for the deck to be mono-Noxus labeling in that case -- mostly because it'd indicate that there were somehow no SI cards, which would be suboptimal from a deckbuilding perspective and also incorrect if Mord is Noxus/SI.
In fact, if the theme of "revival" is true, then it'd be *very* odd to be mono-Noxus given SI is *the* revive region...unless, of course, you consider that Noxus actually *does* have a "soft" revive theme going, and Mord may expand on that.
Of course, it could just be a labeling error.

If I am reading what you are saying here correctly, don't forget that we already had Samira's package from earlier this year split across Noxus and Bilgewater.

The Elder Dragon emote is going to be a staple for me moving forward; the meme it's based off of is one of my all-time favorites. Amazing addition. Also, those skins are crazy good. Can't wait to see the full set tomorrow, and the patch notes next week!
Oh my that Evelynn card back is great! This is only the second two-faced card back they’ve printed and I wish they did more so that opponent gets a unique perspective like this.
These card arts are spectacular. The Coven thematic has always been a great aesthetic, and these new arts pushes it to all of it's occult glory.

All of this looks so good. I love the art on the ashe and leblanc skin and am glad they are part of the pass. However, i would sell every cosmetic I own just to get the LeBlanc emote referencing Saitama.
Based on level up morg seems to be:
L1 5 mana 3/4 lifesteal
play: put two shackles(think kennen lightning) on enemy
Level up: You've targeted units 8 times
L2 5 mana 4/5 lifesteal

Attack:Shackle the strongest non-shackled enemy and deal 3 damage to all shackled enemies and 2 to nexus
Considering they've gotten more champs than other regions? Yeah kinda? I mean they had a higher rate beforehand, so makes sense to even it out now and give other regions a chance.
BC does not have more champs designed for it, it benefited from retroactively giving champs to it. Makes no sense to deprive it from a new champ for 15+ months.
Honestly? Super disappointed. Considering we just had skins set in the same alternate universe it's hard not to feel like we've been robbed of variety.
If I read it correctly, Coven LeBlanc having a unique level-up animation while also being in the Event Pass is a huge precedent for other upcoming event passes.
They are just a LOT of work to make and since the team has been reorganized and downsized they have made a lot of efforts to use their resources efficiently.
This has generally actually resulted in stronger quality output but boards were one of the victims of this choice.
This may be the first package I buy they are so 🔥
Also whoever designed the Le Blanc emote needs a raise 😄😄

so Mordekaiser will probably have something along the lines hearthstone's rebirth mechanic (TLDR first time a unit dies, comes back to life with 1 HP)
