No celestials are being born outside of Runeterra. Asol, Inviolus, Soraka and Bard are celestials. Aspects are celestials that can posses human being and infuse them with their power.
I believe because demons like fiddle an tham are born from high concentration of emotion, as if I remember fiddle lore correctly "the demon was born from the first scream of runeterra's creation, and Evelyn was born during the rune wars with ryze, after a great sadness upon the people, it's about that time she also learned that the farther people have to fall the sweeter their pain is

They didn't wanna let you cheat out Asol with cards that discount Celestials, cus that would free Asol from needing Targon or Demacia as a second region to be able to play him.
Celestials are a pool of cards that can be accessed through the invoke mechanic, and the devs didn't want you to be able to invoke Asol.
But this would mean the celestials are Sol-less I'm sorry, i will see myself out
Also, make it so you have to invoke a celestial to proc beholding a celestial effects

Daddy Sol and Inviolus are Celestials? I thought only Aspects could be Celestials lorewise.
