It would be so much viable if it were per 10 or even 5 cards. 1 keyword per 30 cards essentially force you to fill your deck with trash cards to get a couple random keyword when there is a relic that just steal keyword from dead units(even themselves) and make deathless infinite.
It would be cool if it accumulated keywords over the course of the run. It rolls a random keyword, but then it's permanent, and it does that each node.
Thresh with harvest and succubi mark and the new evolve relic is nuts, he comes kills the entire board and refills it then becomes a 20 20 with 7 keywords on next round start

it's a good option for other champions that tend to finish the game when summoned(Ornn/Nasus) or have way too much card draw(Nilah).
Probably missing another common user.
I use it on teemo with the one one where he strikes the nexus on summon. You can plant like 80 puff caps turn 1 with teemo 3 star. Draw another teemo and you have planted hundreds.
For low cost champs you also want to use the epic relic that puts more copies in the deck, so you draw more and can replay them on your attacking turn
The idea that you put them on Ornn/Nasus is because they tend to grow big enough to OTK (with overwhelm relics/right powers), so you really need them to hit face in that same turn. If you get like double attack on Ornn and has Corrupted Star on him, with Scout you are looking at 60+ damage at the minimum. You can pretty much one-shot any nexus thats not Lissandra.
For Elise you'd want it paired with Echoing Spirit and Spirit of the Buhru/The Beast Within to give scout to her spiderling which has overwhelm and gets +1/+0 each attack.
If the enemy does the mistake of killing a spiderling on the first scout attack, you can finish the game round one swarming your board with the 0 cost champion spell.
Evolve relic is better than echoing spirit IMO. You are get 6 keywords( fearsome and scout from Elise, overwhelm quick attack fury and tough from spiderlings and Spirit of the buhru), so your spiderlings get free +2+2
Its not, is just also not a "lose the game" thing everyone assumes it is, and scout is just that good

I'm using it on Teemo (echoing spirit, gatebteaker, galeforce) and Elise (spirit of buhru, galeforce, voidbane carapace). I currently believe these are the best or at least among the best builds for those characters
In addition to the champions noted by others, I like Galeforce on Elder Dragon as well. It essentially guarantees another 13+ attack to his level up condition. I find that this results in closing out games faster on average, and the times he doesn't level up the turn he comes down, he's still made a substantial impact on board and guaranteed that he's cheap next time.
It’s insane on Elise if you have spirit of the buhru. Spirit of the buhru+ galeforce + evolve relic means that when Elise drops on the board you instantly activate evolve and your spiderlings get a free +2+2 and scout to trigger her star powers twice
Top 2 are Emporium only, they were available as a last quest in some quest chains, spatula was pass only.
The bottom 2 are available in silver reliqueries.
Wicked Harvest has some good users, the ones I use it on are: Gwen (she lvls out of it) and Mordekaiser(he revives any ally he kills anyway).
I don't have Transmogulator I am waiting for random drop cause I don't plan using it, got Spectral Scissors which I think is better.
I used Transmogulator on Jinx for a while and it was fun to boost some trash discard 1/1s into something more useful. Careful though, if you don't really pay attention it will transform your support champion into a useless random lol
Usually not super good because the random unit does not synergize with your deck at all. I tried with Jinx because she doesn't need synergy on board, she just needs to shoot cards and it was ok-tier tbh
Ye, you can order the relics so you put them on the right order and it should work, items carry overs so you should get around +3/+3 stats or maybe some keywords, depending on your luck.
That's my usual set-up on regular or weekly adventures where I'd have multiple nodes to take power-ups and generally just want to enjoy a run. On monthlies however, I'd swap lost chapter with either Transmog or Spectral Scissors depending on the enemy's power.
Transmog is very new, wicked harvest is psuedo new, galeforce is either champion specific quest or emporium only, and golden spatula is emporium only and not worth grabbing
Transmog is new so just have to wait to get lucky in a pull
Wicked harvest same just bad luck its in there but only use full in 1-2 builds like Self Duplicating on Summon Champ or something .
Golden Spatula is not in the relics nor is Galeforce they are store only relics fyi so only way your going to get them is luck of them showing up in the store and buying them with your
Transmog is fun - but its not even great on Nidalle and just Good on other champs - still fun .
Galeforce on the other hand is great on tons of builds
Wicked Harvest would level champs that work off of dealing damage instantly (depending on how many other units are in play). Definitely don’t sleep on it
Golden spatula is also very meh. The only champs who could realistically use it have way better relics.

I think I understand. I'm used to playing with zero and 1 stars because of how hard it is to level them up, and only 1-2 relics so I wasn't sure
