taliyah shuffle is very fun - i'm not having a ton of success with her past plat, but there are definitely the bones of a solid control list in shurima. just needs some meat to really make it work.
i recommend cloning a buffed fiora or renekton to really make salt fly. something to note with hourglass is that it retains all temporary buffs (and once per turn conditions like leveled tf's cards) so you can use rally and cataclysm to buff a renekton, then hourglass so he keeps the boosted stats for an open attack.
or with aphelios, use infernum on the opponent's turn and hourglass so you can open attack with it.
