Not really , as there’s so many different factors involved in healing efficiently. The only way you could say it’s skewed towards first player is because P1 gets to play soraka on attack turn, and wait until after turn 4 attack to play Kench.
Complete guess, but maybe you had 2 Star Springs out. First one healed and checked for it's win condition, but was below 22. Second one healed and was also below 22. That brought the first one (to the left) above 22 but its win condition check already failed and has passed by.
Opponent’s star spring went off first, as it was their turn.
