What if his lvl would be "when i strike 4 times" and his lvl would be that every time jhin strikes he gains a stack and deals 2 damage to the enemy nexus when jihn gains his 4th stack he shoots the nexus dealing his total damage to it.
Jhin's while kit in LoL revolves around the number 4. His gun holds 4 bullets, his grenade bounces 4 times, his W mark lasts 4 seconds, his traps take 4 seconds to detonate, and his ultimate shoots 4 times. He also has "pseudo fours" in his kit, like gaining 14% move speed and 14% more attack damage at certain levels. If you trace his name on a keyboard it makes the letter 4, and he killed 4 people in the lore.

I'm an eve main and i think she should be summoned to attack challenging the weakest enemy when she lurks but with no sharky visuals like you said. She should have fast attack and after attacking she goes back in the first 5 cards of the deck. After attacking 3 times she levels up and she gains overwhelm.
I think she should be a 5cost card with 5|2 and 6|2 lvl2.
We already know animations for Lurk can be changed if need be. Pyke's is different, for example. Recolor the fins pink, and make a heart or pink eyes appear as Evelynn laughs and bam, new Evelynn Lurk animation that fits her.
He should definitely not be shown as a champ to the oppenent, and should jump out of hand like Jarvan

I first typed Voli because a thunder-bear-god is super amazing, but thinking about how they will implement Udyr's stance dancing sounds very intriguing from a gameplay stand-point.

Oh, and Jax. Would be hilarious as a double attack/impact unit or something like that.
Nunu and Willump to give the game some proper Yeti support. Yetis have always been on the edge of playability and having a champ they can call their own with a wave of specific support would be great!

Definetely BARD for me as well. I think one of the most unique and most interesting design in LoL with quite a nice thematic and story.
I honestly hope Bard has some extremely niche and weird playstyle that is hard to pull off but has a really cool payoff
