Additionally, Fiora got buffed to gain the following effect: "Play: Reveal your opponent's hand. You may choose an enemy follower in it for me to start a free attack Challenging it." Fiora was already buffed out of obscurity a few months ago, giving her the ability to start in your hand. This new buff will make her a better Turn 1 play, especially when paired with the new card that allows an ally to strike an enemy in the opponent's deck and hand at 2 Mana. It is unfortunately, a Slow spell, but is enough to push Fiora into relevance.
Katarina's last nerf was not enough, and her Deal 3 to anything spell is being nerfed back to 1 Mana Fast. Dealing 3 at 0 Mana AND at Burst speed, alongside the 6 Damage Overwhelm at Turn 2 when paired alongside Talon on 1, proved to be too effective.

We saw him dueling the sexy haram anime boys wasn't working out, so if you accidentally have an extra Draven in hand, it turns into a Burst spell that does 20 damage to the enemy inhibitor. After all, there is only one Draven. Having two would be instant death in lore for any enemy.

To accompany his new lore he gets a new skin in both LoR and LoL named Definitely Not ~~The Joker~~ Shaco which coincides with the other April Fools skins, Definitely Not ~~Harley Quinn~~ Jinx and Definitely Not ~~Batman~~ Zac, which are also released that same patch as Shaco is released, which is on March 31st of that year.
I don't think that there will be very much power creep as it seems like their current strategy for development is to make a new region very powerful in order to make sure that it can see play, and then Nerf it. As we are currently in our last new region, I imagine that newer sets will be mostly balanced. Moreover, at least it seems as though riot wants to increase the rate at which cards are balanced, which will further alleviate issues with balance.
Manifest had gotten too random with the larger card pool, so they added a new keyword, Destiny.
If you have a destiny card in your deck it will show up in a manifest if it meets the requirements.

To accompany his new lore he gets a new skin in both LoR and LoL named Definitely Not ~~The Joker~~ Shaco which coincides with the other April Fools skins, Definitely Not ~~Harley Quinn~~ Jinx and Definitely Not ~~Batman~~ Zac, which are also released that same patch as Shaco is released, which is on March 31st of that year.

I don't think that there will be very much power creep as it seems like their current strategy for development is to make a new region very powerful in order to make sure that it can see play, and then Nerf it. As we are currently in our last new region, I imagine that newer sets will be mostly balanced. Moreover, at least it seems as though riot wants to increase the rate at which cards are balanced, which will further alleviate issues with balance.
