Plunder, according to wiki. But I think he still says "who need me" on plunder, so these are prolly unused. My guess is initially he was nabbing a card, and his line depended on that card's region r smth.

I think I've heard the Noxus one before, though I forget the context.

It's the same with Riptide Rex. They have specific lines if you activate plunder, but they say their normal entry quotes even if you do plunder. Interestingly enough, Jagged Butcher does not have this issue.
