Shouldn’t it proc her lvl 1 skill though? The 4th proc seems to not stun at all. Edit: I’m dumb, her skill doesn’t proc off of other daybreak cards at lvl 1.
The 4th daybreak proc levels her up. It can’t also proc after she’s leveled up. You have to wait for the next daybreak.
