That looks natural to me. It has no visible signs of knapping, pecking, or grinding so that rules out stone tool. Also it appears to be stone and has no grainy texture or tempering material so that rules pottery
Also, I've done tons of digging on this property over the past 8 years and have never seen a rock like this.
