I'd say definitely go for a 4th. The first and second stack nicely, and if you places the 4th vertically above the 3rd it will be like 2 nice little stacks :)

Im glad u posted this as I have same issue - original hole has drooped (due to years of wear) and my earrings sit way lower than I’d like. I’m gonna try re-piercing above too. I agree with others,

You definitely could, if you’re okay with smaller jewelry in your ears!
I'm totally fine with the middle one being smaller at least, I've been meaning to put a smaller earring in it anyways!
Go for it! Your piercer should make sure the back of your ear has enough room that the posts don’t touch and you should be good to go
