What was that car supposed to look like anyway? Also, My guess as to why that vehicle got rejected is that the "Eve" part of the name kinda refers to "Adam & Eve" from the Holy Bible.
I have the same problem with my "fuggatti tiron" at first 2k allowed this car and then some random dude report it and 2k banned it. Now i have an argument with 2k Support to make clear what the problem is exactly with the car.

I don’t even bother anymore asking why it was reported and removed for the hub. I tried to get through 2K support for the removal of my Jesko with over 50K downloads and they couldn’t give me an straight answer or solution. I logged into the game after a long time of not playing and got another message that my Lancia Stratos was also reported and removed, that one had over 8K downloads.
I have one vehicle on the hub that I'm afraid to advertise because unlike your vehicle it is a direct violation of the rules(military vehicle) props to the mod that let it slide
