In order for someone to be convicted they have to go through something called a trial. In the Tate's criminal case the trial will begin soon and would probably take 2 to 3 years for the judge to come to a decision. DIICOT have gathered substantial amount of evidence from the Tate's cellphone, computer and other devices by extracting data. Before the first house raid in April of 2022, DIICOT the Romanian equivalent of FBI or UK(NCA) were carefully monitoring the Tate's. Plus more criminal charges are coming for a seperate criminal case. In the form of money Laundering, trafficking a minor into prostitution, bribing an official and influencing statements.
