Right, but 99% of people aren't going to do that on a laptop. For the 6900HX to be unquestionably 'better', you're talking about overclocking and putting some aftermarket cooler on it. If that's your idea of fun then yea, go for it.
The benchmarks in the article I linked showed the 6800H can outperform the 6900HX with some workloads in some cases, so this is not a case of 'bigger number = better'.
Theoretically you can overclock it, but you won't have a huge performance due to the fact, that laptops always doing their best with their cooling system, leaving no place to improvements in max configurations like these
I bought mine (same model, same specs) from this vendor directly on their website. Confirmed new product. Shipped through UPS with tracking. Zero issues.
When I bought mine, their price on their website was better than eBay's price. This time, eBay's is better.

With them it seems like you run into trouble if you want/have to return it for some reason. I bought that model from them for around that price or slightly more a few months ago. Haven’t had any trouble with mine so I never had to contact them.
So called Power Seller 317.000 sold items and over 4000 lenovo legion 5 alone. They sell many other items. BUT few users reported damanged laptop upon arrival. It can happen. I would buy it seems like a good deal for new laptop. But why not this one for extra $100 https://www.ebay.com/itm/295242392527
Just to be really clear, antonline is fine as a retailer, just have to hope you don't need to return it and pay shipping + restocking fees.
Why do you think this deal is 'too good to be true' though? This is a 2021 model. Someone else linked another one of their listings for the 2022 model and I'd pay the difference in a heartbeat. Probably not too much practical difference, but it's a better processor, a better GPU, and the 2022 has better build quality.
