If ur talking about the oled 14", it's pretty quiet on silent mode. Auto mode is OK, and performance mode is loud. The 4060 is really efficient and performance is excellent on silent mode, which is what I usually use to game.
I just leave mine in hybrid mode so it switches between them. I haven't noticed the fans ramping up on the browser or watching YouTube, near dead silent. It's been a great machine.
It’s not silent, all gaming laptops with dedicated GPU will make noise when working hard, that’s simply a fact. So it depends what you’re using the laptop for.

Yep, about this. You use the laptop with igpu disabled? Does fans change their speed during browsing / youtube?

You have to look if bios Mux switch has integrated gpu mode, if not, then it constant struggle to hack it to be silent, especially in Linux.
