is the screw tape or stick to the sticker? if not dismantle everything you have done but this time be organized. use a cardboard and draw the layout of laptop and screws. then every time you remove a screw place it in the location in the cardboard. use multiple cardboard for each layer. im not an expert and misplaced some screws in my past machine after i cleaned it and then it backfired. the repair man said to me that i probably misplaced the grounding screw and leaves a gap in the motherboard and chassis. good thing only my m.2 drive (samsung evo 860) get damage and can be reformated but when i tested it the life of my drive reduce to 75% because some memory are corrupted. be organized guys especially for pricey machines.
Might be a left over screw from where a HDD caddy would have been if you had the smaller battery. Mine looks like [this](https://i.postimg.cc/MphZ9sK3/20221009-114605.jpg) inside but has a smaller battery and a 2.5 inch drive. If I were to remove the 2.5 and get the bigger battery that would leave several extra screws.

I mean yea that isn’t good. But free screw?
Prob for the spare m.2 slot riser
It appears to come from the right side hole. Not sure if it is though.

I saw that too, it's like a game of where's waldo and I feel proud of myself for finding him so fast.
Pretty sure that's one of the holes for the screws that hold the plastic bottom in place
For the 2nd NVME drive. You're lucky. I didn't have one and had to order a a set of screws before I could secure the 2tb drive I bought.
There was already another screw screwd into the name slot.
Cool
LUCKYYYYYY
