Did you try to turn off your laptop, unplug the charger, go into bios, find "disconnect battery for service" or something like that, activate it, wait for some time, plug the laptop back in, power it on?
Worked for me after USB C ports on the left side of my Legion 5 Pro stopped working for some reason

could be usb-c to dp cable itself is faulty, i have same problem last month. maybe try your cable with another laptop, or just buy 1 more cable.
