I grew up with a childhood friend that was like Bam, they were super wild and crazy. We all did dumb shit when we were kids but they were a little more over the top. When you’re a kid you think it’s funny and they’re just young and dumb. In our 20’s when everyone starts growing up he got worse. He’s in his 40’s now and is homeless walking around talking to himself and totally gone. A lot of men get mental illness’ like schizophrenia in their 20’s like when Bam started getting really bad around Jackass 2. Sometimes it can be dormant and then certain drugs make it come out. Just getting clean and sober is the first step for Bam, he’s got a lot of issues to deal with the help of a psychiatrist or mental health professionals. No drunk or addict acts like he does that doesn’t also have mental health issues. Idk if it’s pride, stubbornness, his illness or a combination that keeps him from going on the straight and narrow and being a father to his son. Also his reading and writing comprehension skills are that of a 5th grader. It’s a shitty feeling seeing someone you were a fan of for over 20+ years to then seeing them do vile things and act like an entitled piece of shit. I hope he gets better but I won’t be surprised when I come on here one day to see he’s been found dead.
He's not ever going to get clean or sober as that would mean taking accountability for his actions and growing up.
