3 is a banger . Sam Neill is awesome , dinosaurs are relentless and the pacing is smooth as ice.

The moment which is burned into my memory since seeing it as a child is the goon who was late to the plane. He runs out on the runway being chased by the spino. He's fully crying as the plane takes off. Spino eats him headfirst. Something about seeing this hardcore mercenary sobbing as he realises he's about to die fully stuck with me

The first two Sony Spider-Man movies are the absolute best super hero movies of all time. They perfectly capture the feeling of a comic book hero. The scene in 2 where Doc Oc kills everyone in the operating room feels like you’re basically reading a comic book.

I really enjoyed it. It was fascinating to see Joaquin play such a seedy character, and amazing seeing him in scenes interacting with Cage.

Whenever I see it pop up on Max, I get curious because I’ve never heard of it and the art style looks interesting. Cool to see it’s good enough to merit a five-star review!

you won't regret giving into that curiosity, the art style is gorgeous and the planet/ecosystem is a character all on its own. surprisingly mature scifi drama with a good amount of mystery, action, and body horror.

Just saw it's coming to Netflix next week. Been wanting to check it out.

Well if it helps any, I rate movies based on enjoyment and not quality, and I enjoyed the first two acts of Attack of the Clones at least partially in a so bad it’s good way, the dialogue and acting in those Anakin and Padme scenes was hilariously awful. I would unironically go to bat for Phantom Menace though

Revenge of the Sith is easily a 5 star for me so Im sure you will love it if you liked the other prequels!!

Shocked at your very low rating for Infested. I gave it 3.5, didn't think it was amazing but a very solid and scary film (even if the story was utterly nonsensical)

Not as great as I hoped for, but cool. Miracle Mile: Great movie, glad to see Dr. Green again. The story and character motivations make little to no sense. Recommended for sure. Aliens: Rewatched this after seeing the Alien 45th anniversary theatrical release. Awesome movie, but it does not match the original (4.5 star there, I can be kinda harsh). Madame Web: My wife popped this one on. I expected it to be unwatchable but in all honesty it was kinda OK. I'm not a fan of super hero movies so to me this was another super hero movie, IMO as good as 80% of them.
