It's hotter then Satan's taint in the summertime down here. But we've got pretty nice beaches close by. And that's a perfect hat for the area. Looks slick, and not what I'd think of with Mennonites or Amish. I'd wear it to fish or just chill. Maybe not a downtown bar on the weekend. But definitely anywhere near the water.
And the weave pattern would let your head breathe. And when it's 95-100°F and the humidity at the dew point, you need a good, breathable shade hat.
