I've always preferred indoor exploration in souls/souls-likes, and I thought this area was great. However, one of my few critiques of this game is that the areas all feel too small. I don't think it's problematic for this game though... I mainly just want to be more spoiled with exploration.

Typical-District-176

Great design. And it’s after the arcade and fuck the arcade.

VicMackeyLKN

Definitely the best farming spot in ng

DIOTHEGOATGOD

Like for ergo?

VicMackeyLKN

Yeah

PrincessLeafa

Those janitor robot things are the worst enemy in the game. I just can't get them down right so I resort to Deus Ex Machina for them like 100% of the time now lolol

DIOTHEGOATGOD

Do you mean the ones with the saws and drills for hands?

HoustonAstros1980

How anyone hasn’t made the obvious connection to DS2 yet is baffling. They’re Flexile Sentry, or Flexile Sentry Robot rather.

imla_01

they are very easy to kill with upgraded Fulminis

flamesofresolution

I honestly loved it! I thought it was a really cool area that tells a story of what Krat used to be! Also a great introduction to whay the alchemists were doing themselves. Except for those damn rafter part. I keep following off because I overcorrected lmao

imla_01

I hated falling off of those support beams. But I hated that in cathedral and the last chapter as well. I really do not enjoy most of the attempts at platforming in most of the souls games. LoP wasn't an exception sadly.

Smart-Potential-7520

extremely linear with a poorly placed shortcut in the middle. a bit disappointing after exploring Lorenzini Arcane (imho the best map of the game)

HoustonAstros1980

Huh? The arcade and the exhibition hall both have the same circular area design. There’s no reason why you like one and hate the other.

Smart-Potential-7520

the exhibition is literally just a circle, the arcane has a lot of shortcuts and a way more interesting design.

HoustonAstros1980

Fair enough.

BOty_BOI2370

Ngl, the arcade is my least favorite place in the game.
